Services on offer include but are not limited to:

  • Advertising and marketing of vacant/soon to be vacant space (including email distribution, Black and White website listing, Trade Me listing, etc).
  • Liaising with prospective tenants and initial leasing of space.
  • Agreement to lease and solicitor discussions to complete deed of lease and or heads of agreement.
  • Rent collection and follow up (including OPEX, car parking, etc).
  • OPEX adjustments.
  • Electricity, water, phone allocation and charge back to tenants.
  • Liaise with tenants over lease renewals, market rent reviews and CPI adjustments.
  • Handling of day to day maintenace issues as they arise.
  • Sourcing and administration of multiple quotes for major works (if needed).
  • Checking and approving contractor invoices prior to owner payment.
  • Overseeing and administration of regular maintenance contracts.
  • BWOF compliance issues.
