After being involved in property for many years, Carolyn was employed by Maidstone Properties working with David Southcombe and Dave Donaldson as their Commercial Property Manager and helping with the Project Management of their refurbishments and making sure all premises were fully leased at all times.
In 2006, Carolyn was asked to move on site into a portacom building as part of the Project Management team for The Kiwi Bacon Building to carry out a major rebuild and refurbish for Fairfax Media. With the combined efforts of the owners, Carolyn & the construction team the project was completed 7 days ahead of a very tight schedule.
In 2007, Carolyn was asked to join Dave Donaldson at The Steelworks in Mt Eden to be part of the project management team in the complete refurbishment of the old Crittals Window Factory which had ceased operations sometime in the 1970’s and became home to an eclectic mix of live/work creatives for many years. Carolyn was stationed in the site office (on site) and was instrumental in co-ordinating contractors, completing the necessary administration duties and assisting with landscaping as well as kitchen and bathroom design.
Carolyn James has over 10 years experience in Commercial Property Management and also specialises in Commercial Leasing.
Carolyn has also been instrumental in finding and securing tenants for the buildings she manages and again bringing high profile tenants and achieving fantastic results for her landlords while also working with all the well known commercial agents to do the same.
Kylie Pridham recently sold her own real estate office in New Farm, Brisbane where she was a Director and Senior Property Manager. She handled in excess of 300 properties and has won many awards for her capacity in this role. Kylie prides herself on the professionalism & extremely high level of customer service she provides to all of her owners & tenants. Her attention to detail and systematic approach to the administration side is faultless and second to none.
She has won numerous awards over the last 20 years for rent roll growth, customer service & technology and was a finalist (more than once) for Property Manager of the Year with a major international franchise group. Kylie’s hard work, leadership and dedication was also recognised when she and her team were winners of the prestigious Property Management Office of the Year.
Kylie treats all the properties in her portfolio as her own and always acts accordingly. Her rapport with landlords and diligence with their properties has earned her a well known and respected reputation with both her peers and throughout the property management industry. Her enthusiasm, friendly manner and firmness are a unique blend of qualities which have been central to her success in increasing rental returns for many of her landlords.
